Sam Agler
(Office Manager)

Sam is one of the friendly voices who answers when you call.  She handles our billing,  and helps our office run quickly and smoothly.  She is happy to help you with your billing questions or scheduling needs.  If you are a new patient she can also help you decide which Drummond Chiropractic chiropractor would best suit you and your condition. Sam is a big part of the reason Drummond Chiropractic is the number one chiropractic clinic in Bloomington, Indiana.

Biography

Sam Agler is originally from Shelbyville, Indiana. She moved to Bloomington in 2009 to attend Indiana University, where she earned degrees in Spanish, Criminal Justice, and Sociology. Like many who fall in love with Bloomington, she decided to stay after graduation and build a life here.

In 2015, Sam joined Drummond Chiropractic as a Front Office Specialist with little knowledge of chiropractic care. What began as a practical job quickly became a passion. Over the years, she has grown with the clinic, gaining deep experience in patient care and clinic operations. Today, she serves as the Office Manager of Drummond Chiropractic, LLC — one of the largest chiropractic clinics in Bloomington — and is a proud advocate for chiropractic wellness.

Sam married her husband, AJ Agler, on May 15, 2021. Together, they welcomed their son, James Edward Agler, on June 25, 2024. Though his time with them was brief, James left a lasting imprint on their hearts and continues to watch over them.

Biography:

Madilyn Mitchell is originally from Connersville, Indiana. She moved to Bloomington in 2019 after meeting her now-husband, David, during a visit to see her sister. She later transferred to Indiana University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Science with a minor in History in 2023.

Madilyn and her husband have one son and two dogs. She joined our team in 2022 with little prior knowledge of chiropractic care but quickly developed a strong passion for the field. Through her front desk experience, she has come to value the many ways chiropractic helps improve patients’ lives.

Since then, Madilyn has grown into a key role on our team. In addition to overseeing HIPAA compliance, she assists with inventory management, supports our Office Manager with insurance processing, and contributes in many other essential ways. We’re lucky to have her dedication in the office every day.

SHAYNA

Biography:

Shayna Ebert-Flandreau is originally from Brick Township, New Jersey. She moved to Bloomington (Ellettsville), Indiana, when her husband accepted a position at Crane Naval Depot. Over the years, she has also lived in Prescott, Arizona; San Diego, California (where she met her husband); Independence and Lexington, Kentucky; and Columbus, Indiana.

Shayna and her husband have one son. Before joining Drummond Chiropractic, she worked as a caregiver for the elderly. She was already familiar with chiropractic care through her mother, a longtime advocate, who introduced her to its benefits at an early age. Since joining the team, Shayna’s appreciation for chiropractic has deepened as she continues to learn about the wide range of conditions it can help address.

Fun Fact: She is the one who takes care of our bountiful plants.

KD

(Past Employee)

KD has graduated from IU Kelly School of Business and got a job in Louisville, KY, so she is no longer actively part of Drummond Chiropractic.

Fun Fact: She is Dr. Karin's daughter. She has been involved with Drummond Chiropractic her whole life and was a big part in Dr. Karin getting on YouTube, Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social media platforms. KD published her first novel at 10-years-old and has published two more since then.  She also has her private pilot's license like her parents and brother. We are all very proud of her!
