(Office Manager)

Sam is one of the friendly voices who answers when you call.  She handles our billing,  and helps our office run quickly and smoothly.  She is happy to help you with your billing questions or scheduling needs.  If you are a new patient she can also help you decide which Drummond Chiropractic chiropractor would best suit you and your condition. Sam is a big part of the reason Drummond Chiropractic is the number one chiropractic clinic in Bloomington, Indiana.

Fun Fact: She joined our team in 2015 and got married in 2021!

MADILYN
(Assistant Office Manager)

Madilyn is our assistant office manager, HIPAA compliance officer and manages inventory.  Madilyn is happy to help you with your scheduling needs and any questions you may have.  If you are a new patient she can also help you decide which Drummond Chiropractic chiropractor would best suit you and your condition.   We are so grateful to have her on our ACE chiropractic team since 2022!

Kate

(Assistant Billing Manager)

Kate is our Assistant Billing Manager, Patient Advocate and OIG compliance officer. She also helps handle things behind the scenes: including our social media. If you have any questions or concerns, she is happy to help. 

Fun Fact, she joined our team before Madilyn, took some time off to be a stay at home mom. We are so happy to have her back on our team!

KD

(Business Coordinator)

KD is busy at the Kelly School of Business now, so she is rarely at the front desk. We are grateful she is still willing to help us out for vacation or sickness relief. 

Fun Fact: She is Dr. Karin's daughter. She has been involved with Drummond Chiropractic her whole life and was a big part in Dr. Karin getting on YouTube, Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok and other social media platforms. KD published her first novel at 10-years-old and has published two more since then.  She also got direct admission to the Kelly School of Business and is on IU's wakeboarding team. We are all very proud of her!
