Toe Nail Fungus - Natural Remedies that WORK

In the video above, Dr. Karin shares her natural remedies for Toe Nail Fungus.

Understand, if you have a toe nail that is infected with fungus, it is not just a topical condition, but a systemic infection. So you can't just treat it topically.
To treat it systemically, you have to take a supplement that is anti-fungal, like oregano oil capsules.
Just because it is natural does not mean it is safe. Oregano oil can irritate the lining of the digestive system, so it is best to take it in a capsule form with a meal.
If it does irritate the lining of the gut, you can help it heal with aloe vera gel (like the ingestible George's aloe vera juice).
Also, starve the fungus by avoiding sugars and simple carbs found in bread and fruit.
To treat it topically, prepare the nail by trimming it as much as you can, and cleaning out as much as the fungus as you can.
Protect the healthy skin by lathering it up with lotion (remember, oregano oil can burn).
Then using a toothpick, apply the oregano oil under the nail where the fungus is.
Then apply Vicks Vaporub to the top of the nail.
It is best to do this as soon as you see any fungus, as the more the fungus takes over the nail, the longer it takes to get rid of it.
We hope this has been helpful.
